Privacy policy

With reference to implementation as of 25 May 2018 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we are informing that commencing on the day of 25 May 2018 you will be given the following rights related to processing your personal data by Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek with its registered seat in Trzebnica. At the same time, in compliance with Art. 13 of the foregoing Regulation we are informing that from the day of 25 May 2018 the following information and principles will be valid with reference to your personal data processing by Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek.

  1. Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek, with its registered seat in Trzebnica, ul. ks. Dziekana Wawrzyńca Bochenka 41/10; 55-100 Trzebnica, shall be the administrator of your personal data.
  2. Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek shall process your personal data in order to respond to your query related to determination of the proposal, conclusion and implementation of the contract, services, and settlement of payments.
  3. Processing of your personal data shall be carried out in accordance with your consent, [Art. 6 para. 1 item a) of the Regulation].
  4. Your personal data shall be stored until withdrawal of your consent.
  5. You are entitled to access your data and its correction, deletion, restriction, transfer, lodging objections, withdrawal of your consent at any time without prejudice to compliance with right of processing which was carried out before withdrawal.
  6. You are entitled to file a complaint to a supervisory body when you find that processing your personal data infringes applicable regulations for protection of personal data.
  7. Provision of your personal data is required in order to receive respond to your query.
  8. Provision of your personal data is voluntary.
  9. With reference to implementation as of 25 May 2018 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we are informing that commencing on the day of 25 May 2018 you will be given the following rights related to processing your personal data by Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek with its registered seat in Trzebnica. At the same time, in compliance with Art. 13 of the foregoing Regulation we are informing that from the day of 25 May 2018 the following information and principles will be valid with reference to your personal data processing by Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek.
  10. In cases when processing your personal data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 item a) of the Regulation, which is a consent for processing personal data, you are entitled to withdraw such consent at any time without prejudice to its compliance with right to process which was provided in accordance with that consent prior to its withdrawal.
  11. Your data may be transferred to other recipients or recipient categories, which are a/o our co-operative entities, which support us with accountancy, tax, legal, and IT matters within the range these become the processing entities.
  12. With reference to processing your personal data by Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek you are entitled to:
    • have access to your data in compliance with Art. 15 of the Regulation,
    • correct your data in compliance with Art. 16 of the Regulation,
    • delete your data in compliance with Art. 17 of the Regulation,
    • limit processing your data in compliance with Art. 18 of the Regulation,
    • lodge objections against processing your data in compliance with Art. 21 of the Regulation,
    • transfer your data in compliance with Art. 20 of the Regulation.
  13. When you find that processing your personal data by Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek violates provisions of the Regulation, you will be entitled to file a complaint to the supervisory body (that is until 25 May 2018 to the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data, and after this date to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  14. To the extent incurred by processing of your personal data for the purpose of conclusion and implementation of a contract with Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek, the contract is to be concluded provided that you submit your personal data.
  15. Provision of such data is voluntary however as a consequence of failure to do so you will not be entitled to conclude and implement the contract.
  16. The data administrator shall not transfer your personal data to any other party or any international entity.
  17. The data submitted by you shall not be subject to profiling.
  18. Your personal data shall be stored by Oxime Industries Michał Grzegorek only throughout the time necessary to provide legal obligations and obligations resulting from the contract, and then not longer than the time throughout which our company is required to store your data in compliance with the applicable regulations (e.g. tax regulations) and throughout the time in which our company may face legal consequences related to failure to perform the obligation or until the period of limitation for potential claims.
